Xerox becomes the world leader in business process and document management.

On February 8, Xerox completed its acquisition of ACS, creating a new global leader in business process and document management. The $6.4 billion acquisition combines Xerox’s strong history of innovation with ACS’ world leadership in business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT outsourcing (ITO).
